About Me

I’m a UX researcher and content designer with a background in anthropology. My work is rooted in empathy, equity, and respect.

I focus on people who are often left out of tech. That includes older adults learning digital tools, people trying to build community in a new place, and others who are deemed unprofitable. I design with care and intention, especially for those navigating systems that weren’t built for them in the first place.

Much of my work centers on access, trust, and digital literacy — designing tools that support people through moments of confusion, hesitation, or isolation. I listen first. Then I build. I test often. I don’t assume.

I also care deeply about how we communicate with machines and how they communicate back. As AI becomes more present in our lives, I think the real challenge isn’t just making it work. It’s making it understandable, accountable, and genuinely helpful. That starts with us. The way we structure information, ask questions, and teach systems to meet us halfway matters.

To me, design isn’t about polishing the edges of products for people already in the room. It’s about opening the door wider — and making sure everyone has a way in.

Core Skills

Discovery & Research

I use interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability audits to understand how people really interact with technology. I focus on those often overlooked in mainstream design: people with different habits, histories, and barriers.

Prototyping & Design

I run usability testing and rapid iterations to refine features based on behavior, not assumptions. Whether I’m designing a chatbot or a social app, my goal is to make tech feel usable, trustworthy, and human.

Testing & Iteration

I build wireframes and mockups that prioritize clarity, accessibility, and low-friction onboarding. Every decision is shaped by real user needs, not guesswork.
